RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with original tags attached in exchange for a STORE CREDIT sent via email. We do not issue refunds, exchanges or cancel orders.

SHOE RETURNS

All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition along with another box for shipping to protect packaging.

REFUNDS AND PROCESSING TIME Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for your store credit to be issued. The original shipping cost, a 5% restocking fee and the cost of taxes and any discounts used will be deducted from your store credit.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT You must notify us by email at hello@shopharpersden.com within three (3) days of arrival of the defective items, along with photos of the damaged or defective items.

Harper's Den is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information shows your package as delivered.
